Career changers, recent graduates, people doing this properly rather than spraying.Why I actually built it: I ran that retrospective on my own 47 applications. Where I met the core requirement of the role, I converted at 71%. Where I was stretching, 8%. My own confidence score at the point of applying predicted nothing at all. Months of effort aimed at the wrong half of the market, and no tool I was paying for could have told me that.The feedback I want most: I'm not sure my page makes the difference clear. Every CV tool sounds the same from the outside. What I built: Aria, an AI security analyst that investigates threats, explains the evidence, and shows you what an attack actually touched. It's voice-native, and it runs fully on-prem so telemetry never leaves your network.Who it's for: Security teams that don't have a 24/7 SOC, and organizations in regulated or sovereign markets (GCC, EU, government, banking) where sending security data to a US cloud isn't an option.Why I started: A few weeks ago I locked myself out of Bitwarden, 1Password, my email, and my domain registrar, all at once. 180+ accounts, gone, recursively. It took two weeks to get back in. I spent that time thinking about how much of security is invisible until it isn't, and how little help there is when you're the only person responsible for it. Aria is the tool I wanted during those two weeks: something that can look, explain, and act, but only as far as you've let it.That last part matters to me. Aria has a Trust Ladder: it earns autonomy tier by tier from verified outcomes, and it can't promote itself. I don't think AI should be trusted by default in security. It should have to show its work.I learned to code at the start of this year. Aria is my second project. The first was AskSary, which reached ~3,000 users across 5 platforms. I'm a product and design person before I'm an engineer, so I'd rather be told what's broken than what's clever.Feedback that would help most: I'm still deciding how hard to lean on sovereignty and on-prem as the wedge versus leading with "AI analyst that explains itself." If you've sold into regulated or government buyers, which one opens the door faster?
I left out CRM integration from Score My Lead and it turned out to be the right call
When I started building Score My Lead, the obvious move was to wire it into HubSpot or Salesforce first, since that is what most scoring tools do.Skipped it. Partly because building a single integration well takes real time, and partly because I was not sure yet which CRM most people using this would actually have.Turns out leaving it out was the actual feature. Anyone can use the tool regardless of what they run underneath it, no setup, no data permissions to approve, no account to migrate. Score a lead, get a number, decide what to do with it in whatever system you already use.Still think a CRM integration comes eventually. For now, the tool being standalone is exactly why people seem to actually open it instead of putting it off for later.

c8doc new kind of file format verified in decentralized way
A few months ago, something happened that completely changed the way I think about digital trust. A policeman stopped me around 10:00 AM and asked for my name and phone number. When I asked why, he said it was just for a routine verification and wrote it in a notebook. I went home thinking nothing of it. Later that day, I received a ₹1,000 fine for not wearing a helmet. The problem? I was wearing my helmet. What made it even stranger was the evidence photo. It was blurry, almost like a reflection. After looking at it closely, I realized the officer had likely taken a photo of my bike with his phone and later photographed that phone screen using the ticketing device. The timestamp on the receipt even showed 11:45 PM, even though I had been stopped around 10:00 AM. I was frustrated. I had selfies from home that could have helped prove where I was, but then another thought hit me. Would anyone believe those photos today? We're living in a time where AI can generate realistic photos, videos, documents, invoices, and even voices. If I showed someone a selfie, they could simply say, "That could be AI-generated." The same applies to PDFs, Word documents, contracts, invoices, certificates, or almost any digital file. That made me realize something. The problem isn't just fake images. The problem is that almost every digital document can now be questioned. I started looking into blockchain because it provides an immutable timeline. My first idea was to store the actual files on-chain. Then I realized why almost nobody wants that. Imagine storing your passport, family photos, legal contracts, invoices, medical records, or private videos on a public blockchain. Even if it were technically possible, most people simply wouldn't be comfortable with their personal documents becoming part of a permanent public ledger. Blockchains are transparent and designed to last forever. Privacy matters. There was another problem too. Images and videos are large. Uploading tens or hundreds of megabytes for every document would be expensive and impractical. So I asked myself: What if we didn't store the file at all? That's how C8DOC was born. Instead of storing your actual file, C8DOC generates a unique cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of the file. Whether it's a photo, video, PDF, Word document, Canva design, invoice, audio recording, or almost any other digital file, it becomes a unique fingerprint that represents that exact content. Only that fingerprint is recorded on the decentralized ledger. Your original document remains with you. When someone wants to verify the file later, they simply upload it to C8DOC. The system calculates its fingerprint again and compares it with the fingerprint recorded on the blockchain. If they're identical, the document is verified. If even one pixel changes in an image, one frame changes in a video, or one character changes in a document, the fingerprint becomes completely different, and verification fails. People often ask me: "What if someone uploads an AI-generated image to the blockchain first?" That's a fair question. C8DOC isn't designed to determine whether a file was created by AI or by a camera. Instead, it proves when a specific version of that file already existed. For example, imagine someone accuses me of creating fake evidence after receiving a traffic fine. If my photo had already been registered on the blockchain before the disputed event, I couldn't have created that exact file afterward to support a false claim. The timestamp and the file's fingerprint become part of the evidence. C8DOC doesn't replace courts or investigators. It simply gives people a way to prove that a digital file has remained unchanged since the moment it was registered. My goal isn't to fight AI. My goal is to restore trust in digital documents. Whether it's a photograph, invoice, legal agreement, educational certificate, video, audio recording, or business document, I want people to have a simple way to prove its integrity without giving up their privacy. Yes, three things at once, which is either ambitious or reckless depending on the day.I'm based in Canada, bootstrapping everything, and figuring things out as I go. Some days it's about GEO and structured data. Other days it's about convincing Sergey (my co-founder) that the 'small tweak' we need to make to the product really is small this time. I started SaaS Hive because something about the way products get discovered didn't feel right to me. You spend months building your SaaS, you get one launch day, and then you're invisible. That didn't feel right. I wanted to build a place where great products keep getting found, not just on day one but permanently.
