You don't need a polished pitch to say hi here

This section is exactly what it sounds like. Just say hi, tell us who you are and what you're working on. That's it.You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need impressive numbers or a perfect elevator pitch. Some of the most interesting founders I've talked to opened with "I'm still figuring this out."A few lines is enough. Your name, what you're building, what stage you're at. That's all it takes. What are you working on?

Hey SaaS Hive, shipping Archivolt in 17 days and I'm feeling the pre-launch jitters

Solo founder here. I built Archivolt because I kept watching teams spend days debating system architecture in Lucidchart, only to ship something that broke under load. So I automated the validation part: describe your system in plain English, get a validated blueprint in 60 seconds. What I'm learning the hard way:The hardest part isn't the code, it's the copy. Describing what Archivolt does without saying "AI" has been a fun constraint.Listing on directories before the PH launch actually matters for indexing. Who knew.My target audience (senior architects, staff engineers) lives on Dev.to and LinkedIn way more than Twitter.Real talk though: I'm pre-revenue and launching June 21. The nerves are real. Did any of you ship your first SaaS product solo? What surprised you the most? Also genuinely curious what architectural failures have burned your teams the most. That's the pain point I'm betting on.

Founder of VertoX | Building the Future of Real-Time Communication

Hey everyone, my name is Nemo, Founder & CEO of VertoX.VertoX is the world’s first real-time voice translation platform that preserves your real voice, tone, and emotions during conversations. It’s designed for many real-life scenarios, business calls, meetings, travel, customer support, content creation, and everyday communication.I’ve been working on this project for over 2 years. The idea started from my own problem with English and language barriers in communication. Over time, I realized that billions of people experience the same issue every day.My vision is a future where people can communicate freely without needing to learn new languages, while still sounding like themselves.

Changing digital adoption platform(DAP) industry one step a time

Hey everyone!I’m Arisht, founder of BreakGround—and author of “Design Alchemy: Understand Your User & Build Great Solutions.”While working on products (and writing the book), one thing kept bothering me:Products are getting more powerful. But not easier to use.Users miss features and get confused.Onboarding takes weeks to build. And users rely on docs and support to explain what should’ve been obvious. Most tools help you build onboarding. But they still require a lot of manual effort. So I started exploring a different idea:What if AI could build onboarding for you? That’s what BreakGround does. You connect your product (via demo credentials), and AI:• understands your UI• detects key user actions• generates onboarding flows, tooltips, and in-app guidance• maintains it over time as the UI changes• Allow end-users to generate flows on-the-fly by just asking the chatbotNo complex builders. No manual setup.Just AI doing the heavy lifting. You just preview and publish.I’m still early and learning and improving it every day, so I’d genuinely love your feedback:• What would stop you from using something like this?• What would make this a no-brainer for you?

    Hi SaaSHIVE 👋

I'm Jaume, building strAIke from Spain.strAIke is an AI-native, all-in-one platform that replaces the dozens of disconnected tools small businesses use to run their operations: CRM, invoicing, projects, marketing, team chat, automations — all in one place, with AI integrated into every module. Why I'm building it: I watched too many small businesses pay for 8-10 SaaS subscriptions that never talk to each other, and spend their best hours connecting them manually. The fragmentation was the problem, not the price. What I'd love feedback on:— The overall positioning: "one operating layer" vs adding another tool— Custom Operations: AI-built modules for the parts unique to your business— Pricing across the 4 tiers (free → €79/mo)Happy to swap feedback with anyone here building in the same space.straike

    Hey Everyone

Hey SaaS Hive 👋I'm Sanji — solo, bootstrapped founder. Just launched ClientPulse, a post-sale client relationship engine for freelancers, consultants, and small agencies. The itch I couldn't ignore: most freelancers don't lose clients because the work was bad. They lose them to silence — the project ships, the check-ins fade, the client quietly moves on. Existing CRMs (HoneyBook,Dubsado) optimize for winning clients. Almost nothing helps you keep them. What ClientPulse does: - BCC any client email → auto-logs to a per-client timeline - Rule-based Health Score flags grey/red clients before they ghost you - AI drafts the next nudge in your voice — you approve, edit, or skip - One-click signed-link client portal (no login, no friction for them)Stack (for the curious): Nuxt 4 · Supabase · Clerk · Paddle · Resend · Anthropic Claude — all behind a single callLLM abstraction so swapping providers is config-level.Where I'm at: pre-launch, no funding, no audience to lean on — building in public from zero. Pricing is $19 / $49 / $149 with a 14-day trial. First 100 paying customers get 25% off for life.Would love your honest feedback on the positioning, the pricing, or the landing page. Roast it — I'd rather hear it from this community than from silence.Cheers,Sanji

My strength is spotting real operational problems early and turning them into practical product concepts.

I’m Tidiane Doucouré, I’m currently building SafeRun AI, a safety/control layer for AI agents in production. The core idea is simple: when AI agents take risky actions, teams should be able to replay what happened, understand the failure, create a rule, and prevent the same mistake from reaching real business tools again.

Hi from Juwon! (Building RezumFit to bridge the career gap) 🚀

Hey SaaS Hive community! I’m Juwon, based in Nigeria, and I’m officially launching RezumFit here today.I’m a Senior Software Engineer and founder with over 5 years of experience building scalable systems across EdTech, E-commerce, and Fintech. I built RezumFit because I saw a massive gap between talented professionals and the "ATS-heavy" reality of modern hiring. What is RezumFit? It’s an AI-powered ecosystem designed for career management and resume optimization. Built on a modern Rails 8 + Hotwire stack, it’s designed for speed, reliability, and high-performance career tracking. The Roadmap & Business Goals: The platform is fully built, live, and production-ready. As I look toward scaling, I am currently exploring funding opportunities to accelerate our market reach. Additionally, for the right strategic partner, I am open to discussing a buyout if the fit aligns with the long-term vision of the product. What I'm looking for here:Feedback: Please take it for a spin at rezumfit.com and let me know your thoughts on the UX.Partnerships: I am always looking for contract opportunities or senior roles where I can help other businesses bring their products to life using my experience in multi-tenant architecture and modern AI tools.I’m excited to be part of this community and to connect with fellow founders who are navigating the same journey of building and scaling. Let's talk! 🐝

Most AI tools feel impressive… until you try using them twice. The first experience is smooth. The second is confusing. By the third… you stop coming back. Feels like a lot of products are designed for demos not for daily use. Been noticing this while working on AI UX.Hello, I’m Kabir. Introducing myself

Hi everyone. My name is Aniket. I'm based in Gurugram, India, building Nudge while working full-time in strategy, product & partnerships. The idea came from watching two businesses I cared about — one I worked in, one my family runs — deal with the same quiet problem. Not bad clients. Not bad revenue. Just no system for following up on invoices without the founder feeling like they were begging for their own money. Sixty, ninety days would pass. Cash flow would tighten. Every decision would get a little harder. And nobody would say it out loud because it felt like a personal failure rather than a process gap.Nudge is the process gap fixed. It automates invoice payment reminders over email and WhatsApp — escalating from friendly to firm to final based on how overdue the invoice is. When a client replies, sequences pause so the conversation stays human. The founder never has to be the one chasing.Built for 5–50 person IT services, consulting, and agency businesses — specifically in India and emerging markets where WhatsApp is how business runs and every existing tool is email-only and priced for someone else's market.Currently in closed beta. First beta users are already cutting collection times from 90 days to under 45.Early access at https://getnudged.vercel.app/ — use SAASHIVE3 for 2 months free.If you're building for underserved markets or navigating founder-led GTM with limited hours — happy to compare notes.

Hi from Chris! (Building Aivlo to automate Image SEO) 👋

Hey SaaSHive community! I'm Chris, and I'm officially launching my tool Aivlo here on Tuesday, April 28th!I built it because I was tired of manually renaming generic image files (like IMG_0435.jpg) to try and get SEO traffic or even just to easily search and find them on my own computer later.Aivlo uses AI to look at your images, understand them, and bulk-generate SEO-optimized filenames and EXIF data in seconds.Stage: Fully built and ready for Tuesday's launch! That said, we are always open to new ideas for features and improvements, so I would absolutely love your feedback.Looking forward to seeing what you are all building, and happy to connect with anyone in the AI or SEO space! 🤗🐝

Hi, I am Shikha, building ShikhaShikz Marketing

Marketing is often treated like a support function. Something “nice to have.” Easy to cut when things get tight. That thinking is exactly why most businesses struggle to grow.Marketing is what makes people remember you. It’s what builds recall, shapes perception, and quietly plants your brand in a prospect’s mind long before they’re ready to buy. When that moment comes, they don’t discover you… they remember you.But here’s the irony-when business slows down, marketing is the first thing to go. When in reality, that’s when you should be doubling down. Because the moment you stop, all the momentum you’ve built starts fading. And restarting later? You’re not picking up where you left off, you’re starting from zero.Consistency isn’t optional in marketing. It’s the whole game. The businesses that understand this stay visible, stay relevant, and stay in the market. The ones that don’t? They quietly disappear. That’s exactly why I started ShikhaShikz Marketing, to shift how marketing is seen: not as a cost center, but as the engine that drives growth. This is the third year of the business, and we are evolving as a team, bringing life to our creative+tech expertise. You will soon see "Marketing Budget Calculator" live here!

    introducing myself

Hi everyone. My name is Ricardo, or Richi for my friends. I live in Chile.I founded Nixplora because validating a business idea in Latin America has always been more difficult than it should be. The available analytics platforms are designed for Anglo-Saxon markets. They ignore the real costs of operating in Chile, Mexico, Colombia, or Peru. They provide generic answers where the local context is everything. Nixplora is the answer to that problem. It's a SaaS Decision Intelligence platform that connects real-time market signals with localised analysis for 20 Latin American countries. Through a pipeline of four AI agents—Scout, Forge, Validate, and Map—entrepreneurs go from an idea to an actionable analysis in minutes: with real unit economics, Business Plans with Monte Carlo simulation, and a unique epistemic labelling system that distinguishes verified data from inferences and hypotheses. It's not just another chatbot that tells you what you want to hear. It's a layer of intelligence that tells you what you need to know to make a decision.Working at the intersection of strategy and technology taught me that the best business decisions stem from well-structured evidence, not unsupported intuition.Nixplora is currently in closed beta. It will be available soon.If you're building something in Latin America and want early access → www.nixplora.com

Hi, I'm Olga. This is what I'm building and why I think this community matters.

Hey! I'm Olga, co-founder of SaaS Hive. I'm also building Fabify (a fashion/wardrobe platform) and helped ship SimploMail (an email newsletter delivery platform). Yes, three things at once, which is either ambitious or reckless depending on the day.I'm based in Canada, bootstrapping everything, and figuring things out as I go. Some days it's about GEO and structured data. Other days it's about convincing Sergey (my co-founder) that the 'small tweak' we need to make to the product really is small this time. I started SaaS Hive because something about the way products get discovered didn't feel right to me. You spend months building your SaaS, you get one launch day, and then you're invisible. That didn't feel right. I wanted to build a place where great products keep getting found, not just on day one but permanently. This community exists because I kept looking for a space where founders just talk honestly with each other. No pitching, no performing. Just real conversations. So here I am. Who are you, what are you building, and what's the one thing nobody warns you about at your current stage?
