I don't have clients to follow up with but it does sound like a useful service πŸ‘πŸ» Possibly, when my SimploMail grows, I can start using your Clients Pulse to follow up with πŸ™‚. Now when my service has just a few customers it is very easy to track everything. By the way, if one day you decide to change a provider to send email notifications or newsletter to Clients Pulse users, please consider SimploMail. It has a developer REST API as well. Added Clients Pulse to my favourites here on SaaS Hive. Will wait for your official launch πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ.

By the way my SaaS is already launched https://clientspulse.app and I'd love to try it and get back to me with solid feedback.     That's true. The URL you shared worked. I was looking for Clients Pulse here on SaaS Hive through the public landing page and the product was not there. Possibly because you created the product but the launch date is scheduled for later. Its in my favourites. I will give it a try πŸ‘πŸ»

    Hey Sanji, welcome! The post-sale angle is interesting. Most CRMs are focused on winning clients and not so much on keeping them, so focusing there makes sense. Just checked out clientspulse.app and since you asked for feedback: The positioning is clear and the comparison pages against HoneyBook and Dubsado are a nice touch, especially being upfront about where they beat you. That builds trust. The "chaos stack" section is a fun idea but it's hard to read. Light grey, small font, crossed out text. I almost scrolled past it. Your health score dashboard is way more compelling. I'd consider leading with that higher up on the page. That's the thing that would make me stop and think "I need this." Hope this helps.

    Really appreciate you taking the time to actually click through β€” both of these land. The health score visual being buried three sections down is one of those things I couldn't see for myself. It's the most concrete proof of value on the entire page, and I had it sitting after the feature grid. Moving it up. And the chaos-stack callout β€” fair. I was going for "look at all this junk you're juggling" but you're describing what actually happens: light grey + small + strikethrough = eyes skip past it. Going to fix the contrast and let it earn its real estate. Pushing the changes today. Thanks again β€” this kind of specific, "I almost scrolled past it" feedback is exactly what's hard to get from people who only skim.

    Just checked, it looks much better! The health score dashboard being higher up makes a real difference. Nice work shipping it so fast, Sanji! One thing, drop your SaaS Hive product link in the post so people can go straight there to leave feedback without having to search for it.
