What happens when different parts of the product disagree with each other?

FounderFlow is designed to act as an AI Executive Chief of Staff. It looks across a founder’s inbox for things like stalled deals, revenue risk, relationships that need attention, urgent messages, and next actions.That means the numbers have to be trustworthy.Recently, we found cases where the Daily Briefing might say there were 16 stalled deals while Revenue Radar showed 19.The problem wasn’t the AI.It was architecture.Some cards were calculating totals in the frontend based only on the records currently loaded on the screen. Other parts of the product were asking the backend for the full count.So both components were technically counting correctly.They just weren’t counting the same population.Pagination made the problem even worse. A frontend component could see one page of results and accidentally present that as the total.We’ve now been moving those important business metrics to authoritative backend counts so that the Briefing, Revenue Radar, Overview, and other surfaces are reading from the same source instead of independently calculating their own version of reality.We’re also expanding regression and end-to-end testing across the dashboard so these inconsistencies are caught automatically instead of waiting for someone to notice them in production.This has changed the way I think about AI product quality.It isn’t enough for an individual feature to be correct.If an AI product is helping someone make business decisions, it also has to be:Consistent across surfaces.Clear about what is being counted.Aware of state and context.And traceable back to the underlying information.A founder shouldn’t have to wonder which dashboard number is the right one.The system should know.That’s a big part of what we’re building FounderFlow toward: not another inbox tool, but an executive intelligence layer you can actually trust when it tells you what needs your attention, where revenue may be at risk, and what should happen next.For other founders building AI products:Have you tested whether the same business fact produces the same answer everywhere in your product?That question has turned out to be much more important for us than I expected.

Building Cycle Sense: A New Way for Partners to Understand the Hormonal Cycle

Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Rob, a chef and product builder from Italy.I recently built Cycle Sense, a simple SaaS designed to help partners better understand the menstrual cycle.The idea came from a simple question: could understanding what your partner is going through at different points in her cycle help you become a better partner?Cycle Sense lets women choose to share their cycle information with their partner, who can then see the current cycle phase and get context and practical tips. It’s designed around consent, not monitoring or tracking.I started building it because I felt there was a gap between the many tools designed to help women track their cycles and the almost complete lack of tools helping their partners understand them.Right now, I'm focused on the most important part: validation. I'm looking for early testers and trying to understand whether this is a problem people actually care enough about to solve.I'd love to hear from other founders: does this sound like a real problem to you, and what would make a product like this genuinely useful rather than just a nice idea?Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Is direct AI-agent integration a bonus or becoming essential?

We previously built our own MCP integration so GEO Tracker AI could connect with tools such as Codex, Claude and Cursor.Now we’re working hard to complete a direct integration for OpenAI’s GPT/Codex ecosystem. It is still in progress and subject to OpenAI’s approval, but we’re excited about the possibility.Our thinking is that, in an agent-first world, users should be able to connect their own AI workflows directly to real measurement: how AI systems mention or recommend their brand, the evidence behind those answers, and an actionable plan for what to investigate next.I’d really value an honest founder perspective:Would this feel like a positive differentiator, a nice bonus, or an essential part of a modern SaaS product?Would you actually use an AI agent to review visibility data and help turn it into actions?What would make this integration genuinely useful rather than just another AI feature?We’re not assuming the answer — we want to build the connection in a way that fits real workflows.
