I spent 1.5 years doing manual customer searches. Then I built EarlyCustomers

    Hey everyone, I'm Aryan Chittora

1.5 years, That's how long I've been manually searching for customers.

Reddit threads, LinkedIn posts, Twitter conversations. Spending 15-20 hours every week just trying to find people who have the problem I'm solving.

    For 1.5 years.

Some weeks I'd find 2-3 customers. Some weeks, nothing.

I kept thinking: "Maybe I'm searching wrong. Maybe my ICP is off. Maybe the problem isn't real."

Then one day it clicked: The problem is real. I'm just searching like a caveman.

    Here's what changed:

I realized my customers weren't hidden. They were everywhere:

    • On r/startups complaining they can't find early customers

    • On LinkedIn frustrated with lead quality

    • On Twitter asking "where do I even start with customer acquisition?"

They were literally raising their hands.

    I just couldn't process

3 billion Reddit posts, Check keywords on X and find buying intent on Linkedin

    fast enough to find them.

So I built EarlyCustomers to do what took me 15 hours manually in 5 minutes automatically.

Real conversations. Real intent. Real customers.

    The response has been insane:

    • Around 150 Signups in 10 days

    • 5 Paying customers

    • But here's the thing that matters: every single founder says the same thing

"I didn't know this problem had a solution."

    Because it didn't. Until now.

    Why I'm telling SaaSHive:

You get it. You're not building hype. You're solving problems you've lived.

I lived in customer discovery hell for 1.5 years. That's why this tool exists.

And I'm here because I want to learn from founders like you.

Real question: What's your biggest bottleneck with finding early customers? What am I missing?

    Would love your feedback.

Aryan, love your UI. It's is clean and visual, the copy speaks directly to your ICP, and the promo video is really well done. 150 signups and 5 paying customers in 10 days tells you something is working.

I haven't used it yet, but from what I see on the pricing page, I think founders with one project would benefit from a tier that includes all channels (Reddit, LinkedIn, X) in one plan instead of having to pick.

My biggest bottleneck with finding early customers? Honestly, it's knowing which conversations are worth joining vs just noise. Sounds like that's exactly what EarlyCustomers filters for.

    Hi Olga,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. It genuinely means a lot, especially coming from someone who understands the challenge of finding early customers,

You're absolutely right about the pricing. We've heard similar feedback from a few founders, and we're already considering a plan between Starter and Growth that would include Reddit, LinkedIn, and X together for solo founders who are focused on a single project,

And since you haven't tried it yet - I'd love for you to take our 2-day free pass for a spin and see if it actually delivers on what the landing page promises.😊

If you'd prefer, I'm also happy to jump on a quick call and walk you through it personally,

Thanks again for the kind words and encouragement. Seeing feedback like this makes all the late nights feel worth it 🙌

150 signups in 10 days by automating what took you 15 hours a week is a great result. The line that stands out to me is 'I didn't know this problem had a solution' - that's almost word for word what I hear about FounderFlow. Most founders running more than one business don't even know an AI Chief of Staff category exists yet, they just assume juggling six tabs is the cost of doing it. My biggest bottleneck with early customers honestly wasn't finding them, it was knowing which conversation actually mattered that day versus which one could wait. Does EarlyCustomers rank or prioritize the leads it surfaces, or is that still a manual step after it finds them?

Hey Stacy, Thanks for the comment! Really appreciate it.

    Yeah, I totally get that.

We actually have lead scoring that automatically prioritizes conversations based on buying intent, so the best opportunities rise to the top. We also send instant webhook notifications for high-intent leads, so you can jump in while the conversation is still fresh. 🚀

Aryan, instant webhook notifications on high intent leads is the right shape for this, since a good lead sitting unopened for a day already feels half cold by the time you reply. That is the same principle FounderFlow leans on for business signals generally, ranking matters less if the ranked thing sits unseen. Good luck with the next batch of signups.
