    What happens when my Founding Member period ends?
    We will let you know 14 days before it expires. You can subscribe to Growth, switch to Starter, or stay on the Free plan. No surprise charges. No lost data.
    Does paying for Starter or Growth affect my rankings?
    No. Rankings are based on reviews, engagement, and activity. Not what plan you are on. Paid plans give you more surfaces where your product appears, but your ranking position is always earned.
    Can I buy a Spotlight or Sponsored Placement on the Free plan?
    Yes. Visibility Boosts are available to all founders regardless of plan. You do not need a paid subscription to purchase them.
    Is Sponsored Placement labeled for users?
    Always. Every sponsored placement is clearly marked as "Sponsored." It does not affect your organic ranking, review scores, or Trending eligibility. Buyers trust the platform because paid visibility is always transparent.
    What is the difference between a visibility boost and a relaunch?
    A visibility boost resurfaces your product in "Recently Updated" after you post an update. A relaunch puts your product back in "Recently Launched" when you ship a significant product update. Both appear on the Community page. Growth plan founders get one of each per month.
