Hi everyone! I’m Debbie Lynn, co-founder of OffMarketMatch.

We’re building Canada’s centralized marketplace and deal infrastructure for off-market real estate, giving verified buyers and sellers a more private, structured way to discover opportunities, connect directly and move deals toward closing.

Before stepping into proptech, I spent more than 20 years working in cybersecurity and network engineering. Somehow, that eventually led me into real estate, where I discovered an enormous off-market industry still being held together by scattered social media groups, spreadsheets, private messages and sheer determination. So naturally, we decided to build the infrastructure it was missing. 😂

We recently completed our working beta and were selected for the ALPHA Startup Program at Web Summit Vancouver 2026.
