Hi, I'm Stacy — built FounderFlow after running 3 businesses at once nearly broke me

Hi everyone! I'm Stacy Wycoff. I spent almost 30 years in organizational development before I ended up, almost by accident, running three separate businesses at the same time. Nobody warns you that the hardest part isn't any single business, it's knowing which one actually needs you today.

I kept a mental model of what was "urgent" in my head, and it kept failing me. Important emails got buried under noise, I'd find out about a churn risk two weeks too late, and I never had a simple answer to "how's the business doing" without opening six tabs.

That frustration became FounderFlow, an AI Chief of Staff that watches everything happening across your businesses and tells you what actually needs attention today, and grades its own confidence (Verified, Very Likely, Needs Review, Monitor Only) so you know what to trust.

I'm here to learn from other founders juggling more than one thing at once. What's your system for deciding what deserves your attention first?

Welcome to the community, Stacy! 🙋🏻‍♂️ My system is a Canban board that I created with Asana app. I review it weekly and daily. Weekly I create a plan for the week and I review the list of tasks for the day to see if what I am going to do today are still the most important ones. When a new todo item comes up, I check my board to see where to put it. What helps me is to be disciplined with this board. Keep it updated and make sure I don't start working on a task if it is not scheduled for today. This way todays tasks get done and as I complete tasks one by one and as they go away from my board, I see the progress. I always know what's for today and what's for later.

Sergey, a Kanban board with a strict weekly-then-daily review is exactly the kind of discipline that makes any system work, tool aside. The part that stands out to me is refusing to work on anything that isn't scheduled for today, that's the discipline I still struggle with most across three businesses. Do you ever get pulled off the board mid-day by something urgent, or has it held up well once you built the habit?
