Introducing myself
Hi everyone.
My name is Aniket. I'm based in Gurugram, India, building Nudge while working full-time in strategy, product & partnerships.
The idea came from watching two businesses I cared about — one I worked in, one my family runs — deal with the same quiet problem. Not bad clients. Not bad revenue. Just no system for following up on invoices without the founder feeling like they were begging for their own money. Sixty, ninety days would pass. Cash flow would tighten. Every decision would get a little harder. And nobody would say it out loud because it felt like a personal failure rather than a process gap.
Nudge is the process gap fixed.
It automates invoice payment reminders over email and WhatsApp — escalating from friendly to firm to final based on how overdue the invoice is. When a client replies, sequences pause so the conversation stays human. The founder never has to be the one chasing.
Built for 5–50 person IT services, consulting, and agency businesses — specifically in India and emerging markets where WhatsApp is how business runs and every existing tool is email-only and priced for someone else's market.
Currently in closed beta. First beta users are already cutting collection times from 90 days to under 45.
Early access at https://getnudged.vercel.app/ — use SAASHIVE3 for 2 months free.
If you're building for underserved markets or navigating founder-led GTM with limited hours — happy to compare notes.

Hey Aniket! The WhatsApp piece is smart, that's such an obvious gap if you're building for India and similar markets. And the "friendly to firm to final" escalation is a nice touch, takes the awkwardness out of chasing payments. Cutting collection times in half during beta is solid too. How are your early users finding the WhatsApp reminders vs. email, is one clearly outperforming?
Thanks Olga, depends on the client but we see major businesses find email working well while smaller work best on whatsapp.
good stuff Aniket..collection of payments is definitely an achilles heel..and with the GST thing, delays causes lot of pain to the sme's..
Thanks Shikha, its definitely a pain for several business and nudge helps in resolving that pain.
"It felt like a personal failure rather than a process gap" really got me, that line applies to way more than invoicing. I built FounderFlow after living the same thing across three businesses: things weren't failing because I was a bad operator, they were failing because I had no system flagging what actually needed my attention that day. The escalating friendly-to-firm-to-final sequence is a smart way to keep the relationship intact while still applying pressure. Cutting collection times from 90 to under 45 days in beta is a great early signal. Does the AI ever get the tone wrong when it escalates, and if so, how do users course-correct it?
