SaaS Hive is a launch and discovery platform for AI and SaaS products.
New founders start by creating a product page under My Products, filling in every section (tagline, description, screenshots, features, pricing, and "Best For" tags), writing a personal founder bio, collecting at least 3 reviews (10+ recommended), and joining the Founder Community.
The Founder Dashboard shows key metrics including product views, reviews, activity, and category rankings. Rankings are based on reviews, engagement, and activity, and improve over time.
Embed badges let founders add trust stamps to their own websites.

Your Founder Dashboard
This is your home base. Everything starts here. When you log in, you'll see your key numbers at a glance: how many people have viewed your products, how many reviews you've received, your latest activity, and where your products rank in their categories.
The left sidebar is your navigation. Here's what each section does and when to use it.
My Products
This is where you create and manage your product pages. Each product gets its own page with a permanent URL that people (and AI) use to find you.
If you haven't created your first product page yet, start here. If you have, this is where you come back to update your screenshots, features, pricing, and everything else.

Activity Feed
This is your real-time pulse. Every time someone views your product, upvotes it, saves it, or leaves a review, it shows up here.
Check it on launch day to see engagement as it happens. Check it weekly to spot trends.
Reviews & Reputation
This is where all your reviews live. You can see every review across all your products in one place.
Reviews directly affect your ranking, your visibility in category roundups, and how AI models evaluate your product. The more honest reviews you collect, the higher you climb.
You need at least 3 reviews before you can launch. Don't stop there — aim for 10 or more before launch day.
Your Ranking
Your dashboard shows where each of your products ranks in its category. Rankings are based on a combination of reviews, engagement, and activity.
This number changes over time. As you collect more reviews and keep your page fresh, your ranking improves. Time is on your side.
Founder Community
This is where you connect with other founders on SaaS Hive. You can get there anytime by clicking the "Founder Community" button in the top right of your dashboard.
Post updates about what you're building. Comment on other founders' posts. Share what you're learning. The people you connect with here become your launch day support network.
This isn't optional fluff. Community participation is part of your launch readiness checklist, and the relationships you build here are what make launch day feel like an event instead of a solo effort.
My Favorites
When you find products on SaaS Hive that you like, save them here. You can also add products to your "Tools I Use & Recommend" list from your founder profile.
When you recommend a tool, it shows up on your founder profile and on that product's page. It's a real way to support other founders while building your own credibility.
Embed Badges
Want to show your SaaS Hive presence on your own website? This section gives you embeddable badges you can add to your homepage, landing page, or footer.
Think of it like a trust stamp. When visitors see you're listed and reviewed on SaaS Hive, it adds credibility.
Founder Profile
This is your public profile on SaaS Hive. It shows your bio, your social links, every product you've built, and the tools you recommend.
When someone sees your name on a product page, a review, or a community post, they can click through to this profile. Make it count. Write a bio that's personal, not corporate. Link your X and LinkedIn. Show people the human behind the product.
Your First Week Checklist
Here's what to do in your first few days on SaaS Hive:
- Read the Founder's Guide to Getting Discovered (it takes 10 minutes and it will save you hours)
- Create your first product page under "My Products"
- Fill in every section of your product page (tagline, description, screenshots, features, pricing, "Best For" tags)
- Write your founder bio under "Founder Profile"
- Send your private product page link to 5–10 people who've used your product and ask for an honest review
- Visit the Founder Community and introduce yourself
- Comment on at least 2 other founders' posts
That's it. Once you've done these seven things, you're well on your way to being launch-ready.
