Your Founder Dashboard
A quick tour of where everything lives.
This is the UI reference. If you want to know what SaaS Hive is and why founders launch here, read Getting Started. For tactical advice on how to use any of these sections to get discovered, read the Founder's Guide to Getting Discovered. This guide just shows you what each part of the dashboard does.
Navigation
When you log in, you land on the Founder Dashboard. The left sidebar lists your sections. The top right has a "Founder Community" button to jump into the community. Your account menu sits to the right of that.
Overview
The home view. Shows your key numbers at a glance and what is happening right now.
- Metric cards. Product Views, Reviews, Product Votes, and Product Favourites, all summed across every product you have on SaaS Hive.
- Live Activity. Recent upvotes, reviews, and saves on your products, with the user and timestamp. Useful to watch on launch day and to skim weekly.
- Your Ranking. Where each of your products currently sits in its category, with a delta showing how it has moved. "Full rankings" opens the complete category leaderboard.
Activity Feed
Real-time interactions with your products in chronological order. Filter tabs at the top: All, Reviews, Votes, Comments, Q&A. Click a tab to narrow down. Each item shows who did what, the post or product it relates to, and how long ago.
This is where you catch new reviews, new upvotes, new comments on your community posts, and new questions on your Product Q&A as they happen. Reply to anything that needs a response within 48 hours (see Success Guide Part 2 for the review reply playbook).
My Products
Every product you have on SaaS Hive. Each product card shows the logo, name, tagline, average rating, review count, category tags, and current status (Launch completed, Draft, and so on).
Three action buttons per product:
- Edit Listing. Opens the editor where you update every section of the product page.
- View Product Page. Opens your public product page. When you are logged in as the owner, you also see your private AI Crawlability Score (covered below). The product page is where Reviews, Product Updates, and Product Q&A live for visitors and AI search engines to read.
- Unlist Product. Removes the product from public view. The page is preserved, you can relist later.
Top right: + Launch New Product to start a new listing. See the pricing page for category limits per plan.
My Favorites
Products you have saved to your favorites by clicking the heart on a product page. Private to you. This is different from your "Tools I Use & Recommend" list, which is public and lives on your Founder Profile.
Useful for keeping a personal shortlist of tools you are evaluating or referencing.
Reviews & Reputation
Every review across every product you own, in one place. The top of the page shows your rating breakdown by star count (5 stars, 4 stars, and so on) plus your overall average.
Below that, a 'Recent Reviews' feed showing each review with the reviewer's name, product, star rating, date, and full text. Click into a review to reply.
Reply within 48 hours. Pinning your best review to the top of your product page is available on Starter and Growth.
Embed Badges
Badge generators for embedding "Listed on SaaS Hive" on your own site, landing page, or email signature.
- Select a product at the top.
- Pick a badge style. Dark, Light, or Blue, in two background variants (light and dark).
- Copy the embed code.
Free for every founder. Adds a credibility signal to your own site, and visitors who click through reach your SaaS Hive page.
Founder Profile
Your public founder profile, which lives at a permanent URL. Anyone who clicks your name on a product page, a review, or a community post can reach this profile.
What it shows:
- Profile header. Your avatar, name, role line showing your founder count (e.g., "Founder · 3 products on SaaS Hive"), follower and following counts, bio, and your X (Twitter) and LinkedIn links.
- "I am a..." Role tags that describe what you do (Startup Founder, Designer/Creative, Agency Owner, and others). Select all that apply.
- "I'm interested in..." Topic tags that describe what you want to discover, split into Business and Personal. These also influence what shows up in your feed.
- Tools I Use & Recommend. Your public endorsements. Tools you have actively recommended show up here with an "Endorsed" badge and also appear on the product page of each tool you recommended. This is different from My Favorites, which is private.
Edit any section using the "Edit" button beside it.
AI Crawlability Score
The Score does not live in the dashboard. It lives on your own product page, visible only to you when you are logged in as the owner. From My Products, click "View Product Page" to get there.
On your page, you will see a panel labeled "Only [Product] owner can see this" with a percentage score and a status line such as "ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read your page." If the score is low, click "Check detailed report on Unhid.ai" to run the full crawlability and visibility report through the Unhid integration.
Free for every founder, on every plan. See Success Guide Part 5 for the strategic playbook on how to use the score.
Founder Community
The community lives outside the dashboard. Three ways to reach it:
- The "Founder Community" button in the top right of the dashboard.
- The same button in the site header when you are not on the dashboard.
- A "Top community posts" section on the SaaS Hive main page that surfaces what is being discussed.
Inside the community you post updates, comment on others' posts, and participate in the community Q&A. The community Q&A is separate from the Product Q&A on each product page. See Success Guide Part 2 and Part 3 for the distinction and how to use each.
The community is public and readable by AI search engines. What you post in the community Q&A and in regular posts is part of the content AI can pull from when buyers ask for SaaS tools or advice, alongside your product page.
External links in community posts are available on Starter and Growth. Internal SaaS Hive links work on every plan.
