Hi, I’m Yurii — building human-in-control hiring AI
Hi everyone — I’m Yurii, founder and solution architect behind OnSkillDemand, an AI-assisted hiring workspace for recruiters, hiring managers, and growing teams.
I started it after seeing hiring decisions scattered across CV folders, spreadsheets, interview notes, and disconnected ATS workflows. My goal is to make interviews and evaluations more structured and explainable while keeping people in control of every final decision.
The iOS and Android apps are live. I’m now completing the web experience and improving the vacancy-centered workflow. I’d especially value feedback from anyone involved in recruiting or structured interviews.
OnSkillDemand is available on iOS and Android, with product links available from our website and SaaS Hive page.

Welcome to the community, Yurii 🙋🏻♂️
Thank you, Sergey! Glad to be here. I’m looking forward to learning from other founders and sharing what I discover while building OnSkillDemand!
Welcome Yurii! Interesting that you went mobile first with this. Most hiring tools assume a recruiter sitting at a desk, so I'm curious what pushed you toward apps before the web version.
Thanks and great question) and you are definitely not the first person to ask this.
The decision came directly from our own recruitment work. During an online interview, the candidate and conversation already occupy the main screen. Opening another document, switching tabs, or splitting the screen to follow questions, capture evidence, and score answers breaks concentration at exactly the wrong moment.
We wanted the interview to own the big screen and OnSkillDemand to sit naturally in the recruiter’s hand.
Mobile also fits the work around the interview: recruiters often communicate with candidates by phone, create or refine vacancies between meetings, review candidate histories on the move, and need to share a finished report with a client quickly.
We genuinely use OnSkillDemand in our own hiring work, so the mobile-first approach wasn’t a theory- it solved a problem we experienced ourselves. We’re also finishing the web version for deeper desktop workflows, but mobile remains the best companion for the live interview process)

That makes sense. Most apps go mobile because that's where users are. And using it in your own hiring is how you catch the small problems. Good luck with growing OnSkillDemand.

Thank you, Olga! Using it ourselves helps us catch the small details. Soon, every workflow will continue seamlessly between mobile and web—and vice versa!
By the way, everything started in the mobile app can be continued seamlessly on the future web part and vice versa - so the entire hiring workflow stays synchronized across devices)
