Hi everyone — I’m Yurii, founder and solution architect behind OnSkillDemand, an AI-assisted hiring workspace for recruiters, hiring managers, and growing teams.I started it after seeing hiring decisions scattered across CV folders, spreadsheets, interview notes, and disconnected ATS workflows. My goal is to make interviews and evaluations more structured and explainable while keeping people in control of every final decision.The iOS and Android apps are live. I’m now completing the web experience and improving the vacancy-centered workflow.
