The ai chatbot isn't a general "ask me anything" bot, it's tied directly to the perfume business flow. formulation guidance, sourcing decisions, pricing/margins, getting unstuck on a specific step, basically a co-founder you can ask when you're stuck on the business side, not just static info.
and yeah, banalo's meant to be the end to end thing, from idea to actually launching a brand, not just one piece of it.
