For multi-location owners, how do you currently track what each location needs today?

I keep noticing a pattern in threads here from people running more than one location or client account at once. The tools are usually fine at the single location level, a scheduling app, a point of sale, a CRM. What is missing is the layer above all of them, the one that tells you which location actually needs your attention today versus which one can wait.

I am building FounderFlow, an AI Executive Chief of Staff. It watches your business, identifies what matters, protects your revenue, and tells you exactly what to do next. We are onboarding the first 30 founding members personally right now instead of running a public launch, so setup gets built around your actual locations instead of a generic dashboard.

For anyone running multiple locations or client accounts, how do you decide right now which one gets your attention first each morning?

I keep the Urgent vs Important matrix in the back of my head. Some days it works great. Other days I end up doing the fun task first because my brain just wants a win:). Having something that says what actually matters today would help on those days when my own discipline isn't showing up.

Olga, "my brain just wants a win" is the most honest description of this problem I have read here. The matrix is not the weak point, your discipline running out by afternoon is. That is exactly the gap FounderFlow is built for, not replacing your judgment, just holding the line on the days your own discipline does not show up. Curious what the fun task usually is for you, the one that steals the morning from the important one.
