Stop chasing extra leads
More leads meant more opportunities, we have been following this for a long time, but in reality we were just doing extra work sorting the list. Without a clear positioning statement, extra leads were extra noise, not real opportunities.
Fix the one clear positioning statement, this will lead to less but better converting leads.
What worked for your team?

Both are very important 👍🏻 When you say "What worked for your team?" do you ask about leads generation or about fine tuning the position statement? 🤔
I would say that both of them are related, but positioning comes before, and lead generation will be effective in your favor only when the client already knows what is their problem, otherwise, you will only generate leads, without any buying intent.

Quality over quantity.

More leads only help when the right people understand why your product is for them. We saw the same problem with content: more traffic can just create more sorting work. Clear positioning also makes acquisition easier since you know exactly who to target. What changed most after narrowing your positioning?
