Most of us are builders here.

But what tools do you actually use every single day?

Here are the tools that I use every single day, without exception:

1. Gmail and Google Suite

I use Gmail and Google Suite tools all the time for my email and for running my business.

2. Kiro IDE by AWS team

I spend a lot of time building software, and Kiro has become a big part of my daily development work.

3. ChatGPT + Perplexity

I use both every day.

I use them for research, learning, checking things, exploring ideas, and helping me solve problems.

4. Git, GitHub, GitHub Spec Kit and GitHub Copilot Cloud Agent 🙂

I use these tools every day when I work on software.

And recently I have been spending a lot of time with GitHub Spec Kit and GitHub Copilot Cloud Agent also because I am recording new video course for Software Developers about Delegating Software Development tasks to GitHub Copilot Cloud Agent.

5. Google Stitch

I have been using Stitch to quickly explore UI ideas and see what they could look like.

There are also a few other tools that I use a lot:

ScreenFlow for editing my video lessons.
Lovable for building and testing ideas.

These are the tools I use every day right now.

I'm sure this list will look different again a year from now.

I actually try to use as few tools as possible :) But Fabify, Gmail, ChatGPT, Claude, and VS Code would be at the top of my list.

My daily toolkit changes depending on whether I’m working at my software engineering internship or building Crazy Sajangnim, but these are the tools I rely on most:

1. ChatGPT

I use it for troubleshooting code, understanding unfamiliar concepts, refining product ideas, and writing technical and marketing content.

2. WebStorm and VS Code

These are where I spend most of my development time working across frontend, backend, and admin projects.

3. Git, GitHub, and GitLab

I use GitHub for my personal projects and GitLab at my internship for branches, commits, code reviews, and merge requests.

4. Vercel and Supabase

Vercel handles deployment for Crazy Sajangnim, while Supabase supports authentication and database functionality.

5. PostHog

I use PostHog to understand how visitors experience Crazy Sajangnim through analytics, product events, and session replays.

6. Google Workspace and Slack

These keep communication, documentation, and day-to-day collaboration organized.

It is interesting how quickly a daily toolkit evolves. A few months ago, analytics and admin tooling were much smaller parts of my workflow; now I think about them alongside the user-facing product every day.
