Opening the first 30 founding member spots for FounderFlow
Every founder juggling more than one business eventually hits the same wall, not enough hours, but too much held in your head at once trying to remember where every deal, email, and churn risk stands across all of them.
That wall is what led me to build FounderFlow, your AI Executive Chief of Staff. It watches your business, identifies what matters, protects your revenue, and tells you exactly what to do next.
FounderFlow is not open to the public yet. Instead, we are onboarding the first 30 founding members personally, one at a time, so I can set up confidence grading and priorities around each person's actual businesses instead of guessing what a general audience needs.
If you run more than one business at once and want early, hands-on setup instead of waiting for a generic public launch, comment here and tell me what you run. I am also curious, what is your current system for deciding what needs your attention first today?

Congrats on opening the founding member spots, Stacy! I run 3 online subscription-based products (SaaS Hive, Unhid, and Fabify). My current system is an AI executive summary report sent to me every day plus separate error alerts. And then I'm the one analyzing the data and deciding what to do next.
I'm curious though, is FounderFlow more suited for founders running service or physical product businesses where deal tracking and email follow-ups are heavier? My inbox isn't full of deals and client conversations the way an agency or consulting founder's would be. Most of my work lives in community conversations and product development. Would FounderFlow still make sense for that kind of setup?
Olga, that is a fair question and I do not want to oversell this to you. FounderFlow today is built most for founders whose inbox is full of deals, client threads, and follow-ups across multiple businesses, so agencies, service businesses, and consulting shops get the most value right now. For a workflow like yours, where the work lives in community conversations and product development instead of deal flow, the Priority Inbox and Pipeline pieces would probably sit mostly unused. The part that might still help you is the Daily Briefing and confidence grading applied to whatever signals actually matter across Unhid, Fabify, and SaaS Hive, even if those signals are not deals. I would rather tell you that honestly than pitch you on the whole product. Want me to walk through what a briefing built around your actual signals would look like, so you can judge for yourself if it is worth one of the founding spots?

I appreciate the honesty, Stacy! Would love the walkthrough. There are probably other founders in here with the similar setup to mine, so they would probably find it useful too.

Olga, glad to. I will put together a walkthrough built around Unhid, Fabify, and SaaS Hive signals instead of a generic deal-based demo, since that is the setup that actually matters here. Give me a few days to build it properly instead of rushing something generic. And you are right, I bet there are more people in this community whose work lives in product development and community activity rather than sales pipelines. I may turn this into a public post once it is ready, so anyone in that boat can see if it fits them too.
Olga, I looked at what a morning actually looks like for you across Unhid, Fabify, and SaaS Hive instead of guessing. The signals are not deals, they are things like a new review coming in on Unhid or Fabify that needs a reply, a Q and A question sitting unanswered on a product page, and comments in the SaaS Hive Founder Community waiting on you. None of those are urgent the way a stalled deal is, but they still compete for your attention every morning and they are easy to miss if you are not checking all three products separately.
A Daily Briefing built around that would probably group things like this: new reviews needing a reply, tagged Verified since a review sitting on the page is a fact, not a guess. Unanswered Q and A questions, tagged Needs Review since the right answer depends on judgment, not just data. Community comments across your own threads waiting on a reply, ranked by how long they have been sitting there.
I do not want to promise a finished integration I have not actually built yet. What I can say honestly is that this is the shape of what onboarding would build around for someone like you, checking review and Q and A activity across your specific products instead of a sales pipeline you do not have. Does that match what your mornings actually look like across the three, or is there a signal I am missing that matters more to you than reviews and community replies?
Olga, following up here since I do not want that question sitting unanswered. If the review, Q and A, and community reply grouping above matches your actual mornings across Unhid, Fabify, and SaaS Hive, I would rather get you set up properly than leave this as a forum thread. I am doing personal setup calls with each founding member right now, about fifteen minutes, so the daily briefing gets built around your real signals instead of a generic demo. Would you be open to a quick call this week to see if it is worth one of the founding spots, and if so, what days generally work for you?
Olga, no rush on the call, whatever day works this week or next is fine on my end. One thing I want to add while you decide: even without a call, the review, Q and A, and community reply grouping above is a fair picture of what a founding member setup would build around for someone like you. Take your time, I am not going anywhere.
Sorry, Stacy, just noticed the unread responses in this thread. Thanks for putting that together, and for being upfront about what's built and what isn't.
Being honest back: I don't think I'm your ideal customer right now, either because of the stage I'm at or the type of business I run. I've deliberately built my setup so most things are automated and only a few repetitive tasks need my personal attention. That was the whole point, to avoid getting into a situation where all three businesses need me at once.
The signals you listed are accurate for my mornings, but they're already manageable in my current setup. I'd rather you spend your founding member spots on founders who feel the pain more acutely than I do.
Happy to keep sharing feedback here in the community as you build though!
Olga, that means more than a founding member spot would have. You did the work of checking whether this actually fit instead of just being polite about it, and you explained why in detail. That is rare and I appreciate it. You are right that a setup built to avoid needing you at all three businesses at once is a different problem than the one FounderFlow solves today. I will keep building with founders who are further from that kind of automation, and I am glad you are staying around to keep sharing feedback. The say it once it remembers line you left me a few weeks ago is still shaping the override behavior, so this community already got value out of you whether or not you ever become a customer.
