For coaches and consultants, how do you notice a client going quiet before it becomes a cancellation?
A consultant I spoke with told me the cancellation never comes as a surprise if you look back. The client stops replying as fast, skips a call, asks fewer questions, and then one day sends the message ending the engagement. In the moment none of those signals looked like much on their own.
I am curious how other coaches and consultants track this. Do you notice the pattern in real time, or does it usually take looking back after the client is already gone to see it clearly?
