For business coaches, what do you tell a client who is drowning in follow-ups?
I keep talking with business coaches whose clients are solo founders or small team operators, and a lot of the coaching conversation ends up being less about strategy and more about the client admitting they dropped another follow-up, forgot to invoice someone, or missed a lead because the week got away from them.
I am curious what you actually tell a client in that moment. Is it a system you point them toward, a habit you push them to build, or mostly just naming the problem out loud so they take it seriously?
FounderFlow is your AI Executive Chief of Staff. It watches your business, identifies what matters, protects your revenue, and tells you exactly what to do next. We are onboarding the first 30 founding members personally right now, and I would like to hear from coaches directly, since you are usually the first person who hears about this problem before anyone else does.
