Does what I need, no fuss
Switched over a month ago. Import works, numbers look right, AI report pointed out a few bad habits I kinda knew but ignored. UI is fine — dark theme, not cluttered. Still exploring Playbooks and the blog but the core journal part is enough to keep m
Straightforward setup Dashboard is clear AI insights worth reading Doesn't feel buggy or half-finished
Would be nice if the AI report loaded a bit faster on big trade histories. Otherwise pretty happy with it.
Works great on desktop, waiting for the app
Been using it for a few weeks — import, dashboard, AI reports all solid. No weird bugs, UI is clean. Mobile web is okay for a quick check, but I'd rather have a real app to review trades after the session.
Everything in one place Fast and stable AI reports are actually useful Feels like they're still improving it
Get the app out with dashboard + trades first. Push alerts for end-of-day review would be perfect.
Blog search actually works
I mostly use TradeWise for logging trades, but the blog surprised me. The EA breakdowns are readable and not overly salesy. Search is handy — type "gold" or "scalper" and you find what you need. I keep a few articles bookmarked for XAUUSD setups.
Practical strategy write-ups Fuzzy search saves time Good EN/ZH coverage Links to Playbooks when you want more detail
Add tags or categories so you can browse without searching. More articles would be great too.
More than a journal — a real trading community Review:
TradeWise started as my trade diary, but the Playbooks marketplace quickly became my favorite part. I can browse published strategies, learn from other traders' logic, and publish my own playbooks when I'm ready. The rewards and credits system makes
Active Playbooks community with real strategy content Credits/rewards system encourages consistent journaling Clean reading experience for strategy breakdowns Good balance between personal data and community learning Regular updates and new features
Playbooks search and filtering could be stronger — tag-based filters and sort by popularity/date would make discovery easier. Rich-text editing on mobile also needs polish for authors who publish on the go.
Finally, a journal that actually understands forex traders
I've tried several trading journals, but TradeWise is the first one that fits my daily workflow. Importing MT4/MT5 CSV files is straightforward, and the dashboard gives me a clear view of P&L, win rate, and drawdown without digging through spreadshee
Clear dashboard with P&L and performance metrics AI reports that highlight real behavioral patterns Bilingual support (English & Chinese) Free tier is genuinely useful, not just a demo
A one-click "re-import and merge" option for weekly trade updates would also save time.
