Show & Tell: FounderFlow's Company Memory, so I stop starting from zero with every client
A pattern I kept hitting before building FounderFlow: I would remember that a client was upset three weeks ago, but not the specific reason, and I would end up asking a question I had already asked before. That is a small thing until it happens to the same client twice.
The feature I want to show today is Company Memory. It keeps context on relationships and past decisions across all three of my businesses, so when a name comes up again, I get the history instead of a blank slate. Paired with the confidence grading (Verified, Very Likely, Needs Review, Monitor Only), I know when to trust what it surfaces and when to double check myself.
FounderFlow is your AI Executive Chief of Staff. It watches your business, identifies what matters, protects your revenue, and tells you exactly what to do next. We are onboarding the first 30 founding members personally right now instead of opening this to the public.
For anyone managing a lot of client or customer relationships at once, what is your current way of remembering where things left off with someone?
