The "Anti-Dashboard" Report Tool for Agencies
I’ve managed 7 figures in ad spend, and I’m sick of manual reporting.
Most agency tools are either bloated BI suites or just "dashboard generators" that clients ignore. So I’m building MoraFlow to do one thing well: turn Meta Ads data into a client-ready PDF that actually tells a story.
The core workflow:
Connect Meta.
Auto-sync performance data.
AI generates a narrative explaining the "why" behind the numbers.
Download a polished PDF in minutes.
Why I’m doing this:
I want to build an "anti-dashboard." No more spending hours formatting cells or wondering if a client even opened their monthly report. MoraFlow is for the freelancer or small agency that needs to look professional without the overhead.
What I’m working on next:
I’m currently turning this into a 24/7 virtual analyst. I’m building automated KPI alerts so you get pinged if an account starts "bleeding" budget while you're offline.
Looking for feedback:
I’m looking for 20 agency or freelancer founders to test this and help me prioritize the roadmap. You get free lifetime access in exchange for honest feedback on the workflow.
If you’re a freelancer or agency owner, I’d love for you to test this out. Let’s build the reporting tool you actually want to use.

Will it work with the campaigns that we ran in the past? 🤔
Yes! MoraFlow handles past campaigns in two ways: we can backfill historical data directly from your Meta account, or you can manually enter figures if you need to compare against data that isn't in Meta anymore. We wanted to make sure you could always get a clean month-over-month view, even for older projects.

MoraFlow sounds like a huge time saver for freelancers and agencies managing Meta ads. And that means they can take on more clients instead of spending hours on manual reporting. I can already see how this tool is going to help Meta ads specialists scale their businesses. And the 24/7 virtual analyst is going to make it even more valuable. Have you tried reaching out directly to ad agencies and freelancers to test it?
The "anti-dashboard" idea makes a lot of sense to me, a dashboard full of numbers is only useful if someone actually opens it and knows what the numbers mean. That's basically why I built the Daily Briefing into FounderFlow instead of just another set of charts: an AI-written summary of what changed and why, not just a wall of metrics. Curious how you handle the trust side of the narrative your AI generates. When it explains "why" an account is bleeding budget, is that always grounded in the actual Meta data, or does it ever have to guess/interpolate when the data is thin?
