Roast my MVP: I launched today and need your feature requests! π π
βHey everyone,
βI just officially launched Aivlo (an AI-powered bulk image renamer) here on SaaSHive today!
βThe core engine is solid, it uses AI vision to analyze images, generate SEO-rich filenames, and embed EXIF metadata instantly. But as a solo founder, I've been staring at this UI for so long that I need some fresh eyes and honest critiques.
βI really want to build the next phase of this tool with the community. To make it completely frictionless, I put a promo code directly on our SaaSHive launch page that gives you a full month totally free to test it out.
βIf you have a couple of minutes to grab that code and run a batch of images today, I would absolutely love your feedback. Specifically:
βWhat features would you need added to make this a no-brainer for your workflow?
βWhat UI/UX elements feel clunky or confusing right now?
β(Sneak peek: Based on my own frustrations, we are already in the early stages of integrating direct connections for Google Drive and Dropbox! π)
βPlease drop your feature wishlists, bug reports, or UI roasts below. Do your worst! π³

Love the courage to ask for a public roast, Chris! I'm not your target user but I can tell you this: founders who invite honest feedback this early always build better products. The promo code on your SaaS Hive page is a smart move. Hope you get some good roasts today!
I appreciate that, Olga! The way I see it, the only thing truly nerve-wracking is launching and hearing nothing at all. A solid public roast is basically just free consulting to help Aivlo take off. Thanks for the support and for building this space! π
What helped me a lot to understand what is the service is about and how to use it is your video tutorial: https://aivlo.ai/tutorials. The demo was clear and the UI looked very intuitive. I am not your target user but if I was, it would be even easier to understand what it is. So I think you did a great job! Although I did get overwhelmed a little bit by the number of options I saw on the pricing page. It was just to many for me :) But again, maybe because I am not your target audience.
Hey Sergey, thank you so much for checking out the tutorial video! Hearing that the demo was clear and the UI felt intuitive is a huge compliment coming from a fellow builder. You also make an incredibly fair point about the pricing page feeling overwhelming. I am actually strongly considering moving to a simple pay-for-usage model (with no monthly subscription) to completely strip away that complexity. I really appreciate you taking the time to look through the site and give me such actionable feedback!

It is not easy to make things simple. When building UI I always follow the principle "Don't make user think". But it is not easy :). For SaaS Hive we have a similar challenge - trying to make the pricing page simple: https://saashive.com/pricing There we decided to have three subscription packages only. The first one is free. The three offers to select from, has been proven a successful pattern by many other websites. We also like it and decided to adopt it. Making UI simple is not easy :). We will not get it the first time. But with little iterations, improving a little bit each time, eventually we will have a better UI.
