Users can now add a Menopause symptom tracker to their Body Check-ins so they notice trends over time making it easy to share with providers! Track 100+ symptoms across 17 categories, rate intensity, note what's new, and connect symptoms to sleep, mood, movement, and more, so you can discover your own patterns over time. Simply toggle the "Enable Menopause Tracking" ON in your Settings, and indicate if you are in the Peri-/Postmenopausal stage.

This is a thoughtful feature to ship, most trackers treat menopause as an afterthought if they cover it at all. Connecting it to sleep, mood and movement instead of tracking it in isolation seems like the actual value here, patterns matter more than a single symptom log. Nice work.
